3: The water and residual morpholine were removed by vacuum dehydration of 3-morpholine propanesulfonic acid aqueous solution. Then the system was cooled to 5 ℃ for crystallization to obtain crude 3-morpholine propanesulfonic acid;
4: The crude 3-morpholine propanesulfonic acid was recrystallized;
5: The recrystallized crystal was filtered and put into a centrifuge for centrifugal dehydration. The mother liquor was concentrated, cooled, crystallized and washed with absolute ethanol to synthesize 3-morpholine propanesulfonic acid.
6: The dehydrated 3-morpholine propanesulfonic acid was washed with anhydrous ethanol, then filtered and centrifuged to remove the solvent, and then dried to obtain 3-morpholine propanesulfonic acid.
