Sodium Heparin
 
[product properties] white amorphous powder, odorless, soluble in water, easy to absorb moisture, average molecular weight of 15000, stable at room temperature. Heparin sodium titer ≥150IU/mg, anhydrous titer ≥160IU/mg. Other indicators were controlled by reference to the heparin sodium API standard.
 
 
[scope of application]
1. This product is applicable to the collection and anticoagulation of blood samples for clinical biochemical examination and emergency biochemical examination, and also applicable to the collection and anticoagulation of blood samples for part of hemorheology projects.
2. The use of heparin sodium as an anticoagulant is recommended for the determination of ion content in blood in clinical tests because it is the least likely to interfere with the determination of other ions.
3. This product is not a drug and cannot be used as an injection. Direct injection into human body and animals is prohibited.
 
 
 
[precautions]
In order to ensure adequate blood anticoagulation, blood samples must be mixed 5-8 times as soon as possible after completion of blood collection. Especially, when the ambient temperature of blood collection is higher than 25℃, the mixing of blood and heparin sodium must be timely and sufficient, otherwise it may easily lead to blood coagulation or local coagulation.
Heparin anticoagulation is non-irreversible anticoagulation, so the test should be completed within 6h after the blood collection of heparin sodium anticoagulation test tube, otherwise the test result may be wrong.
Heparin may be involved in the metabolism of cellular enzymes and ions, so the amount of heparin used may affect test results. The added dose of heparin should ensure full and local anticoagulation of the samples, so as to ensure that most of the plasma indicators can be repeated within 6h, especially AST, ALT, TBIL, DBIL, GGT and other sensitive indicators.
Heparin sodium can be used at the same time with the separation glue. The anticoagulant effect, silicification of the tube wall, centrifugal conditions and the quality of the separation glue will affect the blood separation effect. It is recommended to use with the blood separation glue produced by our company to obtain high quality plasma samples.
It is suggested to use radiation irradiation with a dose of 8-25kgy. The dose can be determined by the initial colony number.
 
[warning and prevention]
Do not use heparin when foreign matter, odor, color and expiration date are found.
When the heparin sodium solution appears cloudy, it may be that the heparin sodium solution has been contaminated with bacteria or deterioration, do not continue to use.
This product is biological preparation, safe, non-toxic, harmless.
 
 
[storage conditions] the product can be sealed in a cool and dry place, away from light and damp. The aqueous solution of this product can be sealed at 0-4℃ in the aseptic state, and the maximum shelf life should not exceed 7 days. It is recommended that the product should be ready to use immediately and not stored in solution for a long time.
