【Use】At present, the PVD transmembrane of protein has not used Tris-gly, SDS, 20% methanol buffer, because there is glycine in the buffer, so it is difficult to distinguish whether glycine is brought in by Buffer or the protein itself when sequencing. Now the transmembrane buffer used for sequencing is 10 mM/1 CAPS 10% methanol, and the methanol concentration range in CAPS imprint buffer is 0-20%. In general, the buffer with high methanol concentration is paired. The transfer efficiency of low molecular weight proteins is good, while the buffer with low or no methanol concentration is beneficial to the transfer of high molecular weight proteins.
