1. Tris is used in cosmetics. As a mild and safe cosmetic additive, it is common in some high-end cosmetics, covering Japan, South Korea, Europe and the United States.

2. Tris is used in pharmaceutical intermediates: it can form water-soluble complex salts with insoluble drugs with acidic groups, and the representative drugs are dextrorofen tromethamine, ketorolac tromethamine, etc.
